Referral Code

Have a referral code? Enter it on the consent step right after you first log in. Here's what to know before you use one.

What is a referral code?

A short code shared by Maitrymoon, a partner organisation or a campaign that gives you a starting plan with extra sessions instead of the standard free plan.

Where do I enter it?

In the "Referral code" box on the "Before we begin" consent step, which you see right after you log in for the first time. Codes aren't case-sensitive.

When is the code applied?

Once, when your account is set up at that consent step. It can't be added later, so enter it before you tap Continue.

What do I get?

It depends on the code — each one comes with its own number of sessions and validity period, which replace the standard free plan. You can see your sessions and validity on your dashboard under My Plans.

Does the person who shared the code get anything?

Not at the moment — referral codes currently give benefits to the new user only.

Can the code be used by more than one person?

Yes. A code can be used by many new users while it's active, but each account can use a code only once — at sign-up.

What if the code is invalid or expired?

You'll still be signed up as normal, with the standard free plan instead.

Can I refer my partner or a friend?

Yes — share the code with them before they sign up, so they can enter it on the consent step.

Referral codes have no cash value and are subject to our Terms & Conditions. Questions about a code? Email support@maitrymoon.com.
