What is Maitrymoon?

Maitrymoon is an AI-powered Relationship Counsellor — a private space to talk through relationship situations and find greater clarity.

Is Maitrymoon a human counsellor?

No. Maitrymoon is AI-powered, not a licensed human therapist, and its responses may sometimes be imperfect.

Can I use Maitrymoon without WhatsApp?

Yes — Maitrymoon is available directly on the website.

Can I still use Maitrymoon on WhatsApp?

Yes, WhatsApp remains available as an alternative access channel.

How do I start a session?

Click "Talk to Maitrymoon," log in, complete the short consent step if it's your first time, then start your session.

Does it really tell who is right or wrong?

Yes. After around 6–10 objective questions, Maitrymoon gives an opinion with a percentage of who is right and who is wrong, an analysis with relevant case law, and suggestions on how to resolve things.

Which languages can I use?

English or Hindi — by text or by voice message.

What is Partner Session?

After your own opinion, you can invite your partner with a ready-made message and a 9-digit code (valid for 24 hours). Once they consent, they share their side privately in their own 1-on-1 session, and you both receive a joint opinion.

How does a referral code work?

Enter it in the referral code box on the consent step after you first log in. See our Referral Code page for the current rules.

Is my conversation private?

Yes. Your personal details are encrypted, and your chats are deleted when your session closes or after 24 hours of inactivity. Only the AI's opinion is saved. Your partner never sees your messages — only the joint opinion. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Will you send me marketing messages?

Only if you allow it by ticking the optional marketing box on the consent step after logging in. You can withdraw it at any time.

Can I request deletion of my data?

Yes. Email support@maitrymoon.com from your registered email, or mention your registered phone number, and we'll handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.

How do I report a problem?

Email support@maitrymoon.com with a short description of what happened.

How to Use the Website Chatbot

  1. 1. Click Talk to Maitrymoon and sign in with your mobile number or Google.
  2. 2. First time? Complete the short consent step (18+) — enter a referral code here if you have one.
  3. 3. Start an Individual Session and say "Hi" — type or send a voice message, in English or Hindi.
  4. 4. Tell Maitrymoon what happened, in your own words.
  5. 5. Answer around 6–10 objective questions about the situation.
  6. 6. Read your opinion: who is right and who is wrong by percentage, an analysis with relevant case law, and suggestions.
  7. 7. Optional: invite your partner with the 9-digit code (valid for 24 hours) so they can share their side privately.
  8. 8. Once your partner has shared their side, you both receive a joint opinion.
  9. 9. Leave feedback when your session ends.
